Hello, I’m Savannah

I write for Millennial Mrs. and Mom. I am a mom and a wife with an extensive psychology background. Not only from school, but from my own time I’ve personally invested in learning. I ‘ve had so many friends come to me throughout the years about their relationship problems. They were so distressed and couldn’t see what I saw. I saw miscommunication, fear, and desire. So I gave my advice and feedback and they soon were able to increase the connection and intimacy in their relationships.
In this course, you will learn a variety of psychological theories, terminology, concepts, and ways to apply what you learn to enhance your relationships with those around you. This course can be taken if you are single or in a relationship. For those in relationships or married, I encourage that you both take this course together, answering the questions on the worksheets, sharing answers. This course will enhance your self-awareness and help you identify your strengths as well as your weaknesses. Goals of this course can be anything from simply wanting to learn more about psychology, to wanting to identify moments in your own personal history where you as an individual went through changes, and being able to see how you came to be the person you are today. Along with buying this course, you can contact me with questions, if you want extra support, and more!

Make Your Relationship/marriage a Priority.

I certainly will.

Communicate with Confidence and Love

Experts always say, “Communication is key” and that is really true! Relationships are all about communication, and most times people haven’t learned the skills that can actually enhance their intimacy!

Increase Your Emotional Intimacy

Emotional intimacy is crucial to any romantic relationships survival. After kids arrive, or new demanding jobs happen, sometimes your relationship is forgotten about, or “put on the shelf” as if it will be fine. Relationships are work (and that’s not a bad thing!). They are a 24/7 job, and if you don’t treat your relationship like it can “die” then complacency can set in and disconnection and resentment can enter. So learning these skills can ensure that connection is ever-present in your relationship!

Understand Not Only Yourself but Your Partner

How many times have you or your partner done something and you simply cannot understand their behavior? Better yet, how many times did they not understand it? By learning relationship skills you learn self-reflection, which enables you to connect to yourself and understand your behaviors better. And if you want to change behaviors, you first have to be aware of the why behind it.

Testimonials & Featured Clients

My husband and I took this course together, and we loved how much closer it made us! We were able to understand each other’s behaviors and perspectives more than we ever have before, and we had some amazing conversations. In addition, I work as a counselor and case manager. I use information from this course to help my clients improve their relationships. Such an amazing experience, one I recommend to everyone no matter where you are in life.

This course helped me gain a fresh new look on relationships. It truly resonated with me and not only helped within my relationship but helped me identify things internally I didn’t realize were happening!! You can’t put a price on the realizations and perspective you gain! I 100% recommend!
