Porn Addicts Recovery Program

I understand what it’s like to feel hopeless when you know your life could be so much more than it is. When you’re stuck in addiction, you’re consumed with shame and feel like you’ll never beat it. I know what it’s like to struggle with addiction, feeling like you’ll never get out. You isolate, you tell yourself, “I won’t do this again,” only to find yourself using later that day or week. Shame kicks in, leading to self-hatred, and the cycle repeats.

You look around and you see people successful, healthy, happy, in amazing relationships, and you think, “why isn’t my life that good?”

There are two important factors here: You and Your Commitment.

That is always where I start when I want to make sure my recovery is strong. I need to look at myself, my actions, be self-aware and be able to commit to being healthy.

Realizing that you have the power to change your life is amazing. You truly do have the power in your hands. You can wake up and make the decision to be better. You can overcome an addiction; you just have to choose it. It’s extremely possible to overcome addictions. The catch is, addicts need outside help. When you’re stuck in addiction or continue to fail and use, you need accountability and support.

The time is now to take the action in your life to create a lasting system and skills to keep your life healthy and on track. Oftentimes addicts wait until their life is at “rock bottom” before reaching out for help, whether through coaching or therapy and at that point sometimes the damage in varying aspects of their life is irreparable. If you’ve ever wondered, “how to beat porn addiction,” then you’re already aware that something needs to change.

Recovery is work. It’s not easy, and it requires your time, dedication, commitment, and effort. Don’t be the addict that waits too long to seek help. Be the person that knows the worth of your life and seeks out help before it’s too late!

The Porn Addicts Recovery Coaching Program at Millennial Mrs. and Mom LLC

Note: Spots are limited! Savannah is taking up to 4 clients in 2019. The Program will be available in November 2019.

This program is for the porn addict (whether single or in a relationship). In this program, the goal is to give the addict accountability, stability, and support during the transition of using to quitting and getting sober. In the program, the addict will learn about porn addiction and triggers, betrayal trauma (if they are in a relationship), intimacy anorexia (if applicable), how to disclose to their partner (if in a relationship), how to rebuild their own life, and how to rebuild the relationship (if in one). The addict will be able to leave the program knowing the key elements to a successful recovery from addiction, the skills needed to maintain their recovery, and the skills needed to rebuild trust and romance into their relationship (if in one).

Length of Program: Approximately 4-6 weeks. Some individuals will move through the program quicker, and some will move slower. Every person has their own pace, and that’s okay!

Calls: 60-minute calls each week (4-6 calls total!).

Between calls support: In this program, I will be available for you to contact me throughout the week as well. Text (preferred) or email support will be available. A 20-minute call midweek will be available if there is something you’re really struggling with.

Homework: This program will have daily check-in sheets that you will do from day one. These check-in sheets help with all the things we will cover in the program. There will be educational sheets, journaling exercises, creative out of the box exercises, and individual homework as well.

By the end of this program: You will be able to have the skills necessary to stay in recovery and continue to rebuild your life. You will gain self-awareness, the skills to reach out for help, know triggers for a possible slip or relapse, be able to communicate more openly and honestly, and finally, you will have everything necessary to be free of the cycle of addiction.
